These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the services offered through it, including appointment scheduling, SMS/text communications, online payments, and tire and parts purchasing. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. General Use

This website is operated by Savannah Tire Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 740 Florence Rd.  Savannah, TN 38372. Our website is intended for customers seeking automotive services, including tire and parts sales, vehicle maintenance scheduling, and related communications. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this site or conduct transactions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments requested through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by our staff. Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. You will receive confirmation via email or SMS once your appointment has been reviewed and accepted.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to technician availability, parts availability, or other operational factors. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any changes.

Customers are responsible for arriving on time and providing accurate vehicle information at the time of scheduling. Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation may result in a cancellation fee at the shop’s discretion.

3. SMS and Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications through our website or at the point of service, you consent to receive text messages from Savannah Tire Pro related to your appointments, vehicle status updates, promotional offers, and other service-related communications.

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly at (731) 926-1362 or Office@SavannahTirePro.com.

We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes. SMS consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Our SMS messaging is facilitated through a third-party messaging platform. Message delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier limitations and network availability.

4. Online Payments

We accept online payments for deposits, service estimates, and tire and parts orders through our secure payment processing system. All payment information is encrypted and processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payments made online for services are considered deposits or pre-authorizations and will be applied to your final invoice at the time of service. Final charges may vary from estimates based on actual parts used, labor time, or additional issues discovered during service.

Refunds for deposits or online payments are handled at the discretion of Savannah Tire Pro and subject to our refund policy described in Section 6.

5. Tire and Parts Purchasing

Tires and parts ordered through our website are subject to availability. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information, but availability cannot be guaranteed at the time of order.

Special-order items may be non-returnable. You will be notified prior to placing a special order, and separate terms may apply.

Prices for tires and parts are subject to change. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your order and will notify you promptly.

Installation of tires or parts purchased through our website must be performed by our technicians or, where applicable, at an approved location. We are not responsible for damage resulting from installation by unauthorized third parties.

Tire warranties are governed by the manufacturer’s warranty terms. Shop labor warranties, where offered, will be communicated at the time of service.

6. Returns and Refunds

Installed tires and parts are generally non-returnable once mounted or used. Uninstalled items in original, undamaged condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, subject to restocking fees and manufacturer return policies.

Service deposits are refundable if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that all information on our website, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability, is accurate. However, we do not warrant that information is complete, current, or free of errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Savannah Tire Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or vehicle damage resulting from services rendered based on inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our website or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, including payment processors, SMS providers, and mapping services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or terms of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

11. Governing Law

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in  Hardin County, Tennessee.
